Image based on Petr Exner's Vexilologický Lexikon prapory obcí ČR (1999) - Jíloviště, Praha-západ district, Central Bohemian region - adopted 26 Nov 1999 - no Surinam connection known.
The Jíloviště coat of arms (see below) explains the flag: Czech flagdesigners don't like to use brown, and a mix of brown, red, and yellow probably results in a generally red color (isn't it?).
