Dolany is in Praha Zapad okres, Central Bohemia, and flag and coat of arms are
at this website
- not to be confused with Dolany, a suburb of Kladno, a few kms away. The
blue diagonal bar stands for the river Vltava (Moldau), but that's the
only thing I understood from the extensive explanation.
