Description (in Czech): Prapor byl udělen 20. září 1995 předsedou poslanecké sněmovny Parlamentu České republiky na základě návrhu heraldika Jiřího Loudy z Olomouce.
Zelený list s bílou žerďovou krokví s hrotem na středu vlajícího okraje a s červeným žerďovým klínem s hrotem dosahujícím do třetiny délky listu. Šířka klínu na žerďovém okraji je třetina šířky listu. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.

Description (in Czech): Znak byl udělen 3.2.1994 předsedou poslanecké sněmovny Parlamentu České republiky na základě návrhu heraldika Jiřího Loudy z Olomouce.
V zeleném štítě s vlnitou stříbrně a modře rovněž vlnitě dělenou patou, stříbrný klín a na něm zkřížený oštěp s brkovým perem, obojí červené.
