Jirny is in Praha-Vychod district, Central Bohemia, and its flag and
coat of arms are on this website.
It was adopted in April 1995, but not in Petr Exner's VexLex 1995...

The date '1995' is a year of the proposal, not adoption date. However,
neither 1995 nor 1996 VexLex include that flag - possibly it has not been
approved (owing to duplicity?).
