Kamýk nad Vltavou in Příbram district has a flag at this
website with unusual proportions. Apparently it's a banner of arms
with a golden fringe. The Vltava river is also known by its German name:
Moldau.

Kamyk nad Vltavou: the WWW-derived flag seems to me as a handmade banner
that doesn't correspond to the rules. If the flag were 2:3 and have no
fringes/margin, it would be very probably municipal flag. Once again, I
don't know the flag.
