The Roudnice nad Labem flag with coat of arms is incorrect. The flag of the city
of Roudnice nad Labem (= "Roudnice-upon-Elbe") is vertically divided, blue,
white and blue (1:3:1), flag ratio 2:3. (Approved 14-01-2000).

In Sunday (May 13, 2001) I saw flag of Roudnice nad Labem (city in okres
Litoměřice, Ustecky kraj, Czech Rep.):
three vertical stripes, light blue (as Argentina), white, light blue
(1:1:1). In white stripe is coat of arms.
