How do you blazon the fleur-de-lis in detail?

Czech description: Žlutý list. V žerďové části červený paroh obráceny k vlajícímu okraji, ve střední a vlající částí modrá lilie nahoře kvetoucí do stran dvěma červenými růžemi se žlutými semeníky a zelenými kališními lístky, prostrčená červeným tkalcovským člunkem. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.
My (poor) translation: Yellow field. Towards the hoist red turned antlers
... border, in the center a blue lily above flower in side two red roses
with yellow seeds and green calyx leaflets, in the center red weaving spindle.
Proportions 2:3.

I would say: In yellow, a blue fleur de lis shifted to the fly, flory
of two red roses, seeded yellow and barbed green, the fleur de lis girded
with a red spindle; in the hoist, a red deer antler pointing upwards.
