It is small Czech town situated about 30 km east of Prague
(formerly district Kolín, now Praha-Východ). Kostelec nad Černými Lesy
(literally Small church over Black forests) unofficially named Černý
Kostelec, has about 3600 inhabitants and it is popular recreation
resort for Prague people because of preserved nature and historic
centre with castle. It has nowadays no industry and no railway
station, but there is very famous tradition of pottery.
Flag has ratio 2:3 and it has three vertical stripes
(yellow-blue-yellow, 1:3:1) with the figure from Coats of Arms: "wild
man" holding a flower. It was adopted at 2009 year.
