I encountered this
webpage, with photos of the flag of this municipality in Kromeriz okres,
east Czechia. The flag seems to have NWNWN horizontal stripes, proportioned
1:1:1:1:1, and in the hoist a (dark) green triangle with a white and red
fleur-de-lys in
the center.

Also it has three fleur-de-lys intertwined in laces in black bordered
white within the upper and lower black stripes. Could this be a ceremonial
variant or the real stuff?
