Jičín (German: Gitschin) was founded 1302 by King Wenceslas II. It is
a market center, c. 70 km NE of Prague with c. 20.000 inhabitants.

The flag of Jicin was not discussed nor approved by the parliamentary
subcommittee - and cannot be as it violates the vexillographic rules ("not
include complete COA!").
However, it is probably in use although it was not granted by
the chairman of the Parliament.

In Jičín town I saw flag without Arms on City Hall: that means flag
in Town Livery colours - White over Blue is in Use. I am not sure about
shade of blue. It was neither celestial blue not cobalt blue. Just blue.
