Its name is Praha - Újezd,
District Prague 4 (Obvod Praha 4) , not Újezd - Kateřinky. Kateřinky must
be only part of it. But the flag seems to be correct compared with the
Arms.
Aleš Křižan, 15 Feb 2001
This bladed wheel seems to be the emblem of Saint Catherine, martyred
with this device; the toponym "Kateřinky" seems to confirm this. This device
shows, among many other places, on the arms of the Portuguese State of
India, also referring to Saint Catherine.
