in center a yellow 11-pointed star (or sun) with in center a
white disk; below the star a blue rectangle; red "Dole"
obliterated by the star/sun.

Castle & Cooke

Dole Fresh Fruit International Ltd. was formed 1976 as
Intercontinental Transportation Services Ltd., changing name in
1991. Based at San Jose, Costa Rica and Miami, USA, it is a
subsidiary of the American company, Dole Food Company, which was
formed 1975 as Castle & Cooke [or Cook] Inc. which also
changed name in 1991. The original flag was green with a yellow
circle above a yellow wavy line.
