no image but got explanation to the vary same colors but in
reverse order:
"VERDE: Significa la flora y fauna de nuestro
municipio y la riqueza natural de Rioblanco Tolima.
ROJO: Significa la sangre que derramaron nuestros
antepasados en la violencia que hubo en la creación de nuestro
municipio.
BLANCO: Significa la paz que se logró con la pacificación
