We do have an image on the
El Espinal page. It's not very FotW-like, though. But it's simple enough, so I
drew a new one, following <http://www.tolima.gov.co/municipios/espinal/aspectos.html>. (The link to <http://www.periodicoelespinal.com/espinal.html>
doesn't work for me. Well, the whole site doesn't work very well for me, but
this particular link gives me a 404.)
