"La Bandera consta de tres colores: Amarillo, Verde y Blanco
Según Acuerdo 001 de Agosto 27 de 1984 institucionaliza la
Bandera del Municipio de Guaca, escogiendo para ello el trabajo
presentado por el Señor Cesar Enrique Lozano, siendo sus colores
blanco amarillo y verde los cuales representan.
Blanco: Nos hace respirar el aire fresco de plenitud en una
atmosfera impregnada por el olor a la vegetación.
Amarillo: Nos recuerda el haz de luz de todos los hogares que
iluminan el caminode las gentes hacia un futuro lleno de
prosperidad.
Verde:nos hace sentir la Esperanza y el noble deseo de
sobreponernos a los problemas que atrvezamos y nos sugiere la
noción del heroismo, disciplina y serenidad"
