The flag is green-yellow-crimson.

"Tres franjas iguales en su dimensión, colocadas en forma
vertical, con los colores verde, amarillo y púrpura."

According to www.quindio.gov.co,
the colour of Quindío are green, red and crimson. The crimson represents the colour of matured coffee grains, ready for
harvest. Green stand for vegatation, particulary coffee
plantations. Yellow/gold represents departments share in
national economy. The Flag was designed by Solita Lozano de
Gómez.
