Here is the flag and the shield of Campoalegre (Huila). Here I have a brief description: By means of decree no. 0042 of 20 September 1962, were created the municipal patriotic symbols, the hymn, the shield and the municipal flag that consists of three horizontal strips of equal dimensions. Green above, white in the middle and red at the bottom.

From <campoalegre-huila.gov.co> : "Adóptase comobandera del Municipio, la que ha sido elaborada por el Centro Cultural de esta ciudad, con los colores VERDE, BLANCO y ROJO, cuyo significado es el siguiente:
EL VERDE: Simboliza esperanza y abundancia de sus arrozales
EL BLANCO: Simboliza la paza y el carácter sencillo de sus moradores
EL ROJO: Significa el amor y sacrificio de sus próceres."
