"Consta de las siguientes partes: Tres franjas horizontales
de igual longitud, cuyo ancho uniforme de cada una al medir en
total las tres, sea la cuarta parte al menos que el largo total,
para que al desplegarse de una forma rectangular.
Los colores serán: en la parte superior el color verde
esmeralda, el color amarillo oro en el centro y el color rojo en
la parte inferior; en el centro de la franja amarilla llevará un
triángulo azul celeste que cruzará totalmente, y dentro de este
llevará tantas estrellas de color blanco como veredas tenga el
Municipio."
