I have just received from the Government of Cundinamarca a
book that deals with on the shields and flags of this department.
This book is called "Shields, Flags and Hymns of
Cundinamarca", written by Rosalba Salazar Gallo for the
Secretariat of Culture of Cundinamarca. Here is the flag of
Vianí in Magdalena Centro (Central Magdalena)

franjas iguales, en orden descendente en los colores: blanco,
verde y amarillo, con el escudo en la parte céntrica.
El color blanco, simboliza la fraternidad, la candidez, el
respeto, el honor y el espíritu musical que los caracteriza.
Verde: sus tierras diversamente productivas y sectorizadas,
promoviendo la calidad de vida bajo un desarrollo sostenible.
Amarillo: expresa el esplendor radiante de las buenas costumbres,
como gran riqueza espiritual y de igual modo la riqueza de su
territorio."
