I have just received from the Government of Cundinamarca a
book that deals with on the shields and flags of this department.
This book is called "Shields, Flags and Hymns of
Cundinamarca", written by Rosalba Salazar Gallo for the
Secretariat of Culture of Cundinamarca. Here is
the flag of San Cayetano (in Rionegro Province).

"De forma rectangular, con 1,50 centímetros de ancho por 2
metros de largo. Dos franjas horizontales con los siguientes
colores:
Primera franja de color amarillo, como sinónimo de riqueza en su
territorio y en sus habitantes.
Segunda franja de color verde y un triángulo de color blanco que
del costado izquierdo llega hasta el centro de la bandera, el
verde simboliza la fertilidad de sus campos y el color blanco la
tranquilidad, honestidad y valores en que viven.
