colores, ubicados verticalmente, en proporciones iguales para que
ninguno sea dominante, que todos formen la unidad cromática
clara y simple. De izquierda a derecha:
Amarillo: se toma como referencia el amarillo árbol de Chicalá,
que simboliza la riqueza natural, humana y agrícola.
Blanco: perfecto tono de la armonía, el equilibrio, la paz,
elementos necesarios para la vida en comunidad y el futuro.
Unifica los otros dos colores.
Azul: el color inconfundible del agua, elemento vital para
cualquier ser vivo, garantía de supervivencia y prosperidad.
