"Consta de un rectángulo, constituido por dos campos
diagonales, separados por una franja central de color amarillo.
El campo superior es de color blanco, representando la paz y la
limpieza de los cielos que cubren la región.
El verde en la parte inferior, simboliza la exuberancia de la
naturaleza y la esperanza de los habitantes.
La franja central de color amarillo, representa la riqueza del
municipio y el sol del llano que adorna el paisaje."
