I have just received from the Government of Cundinamarca a
book that deals with on the shields and flags of this department.
This book is called "Shields, Flags and Hymns of
Cundinamarca", written by Rosalba Salazar Gallo for the
Secretariat of Culture of Cundinamarca. I reviewed it, and I
noticed that the colors in the flag of Cabrera are Green, Red and
Yellow.

"Compuesta por tres franjas horizontales de igual
dimensión. Sus colores tienen la siguiente interpretación:
Verde: Emporio de naturaleza, lo que es la realidad natural de
Cabrera.
Rojo: fuerza y vida, en toda su magnitud.
Amarillo: el sol y la riqueza de sus suelos."
