I have just received from the Government of Cundinamarca a
book that deals with on the shields and flags of this department.
This book is called "Shields, Flags and Hymns of
Cundinamarca", written by Rosalba Salazar Gallo for the
Secretariat of Culture of Cundinamarca. Here is the flag of
Bituima.
Bituima is at Magdalena Centro (Central Magdalena)
Province, Cundinamarca.

"Consta de tres franjas de forma triangular y en colores,
amarillo, blanco y verde.
El Blanco, significa la paz que anhelan los bituimeros para el
progreso de la región, para que sus hijos crezcan en un ambiente
de tranquilidad.
El Verde, significa la riqueza agrícola del municipio,
representada en la biodiversidad y fertilidad de los suelos.
El Amarillo, la templanza de los pobladores, su vocación y
dedicación al trabajo."
