"La bandera será: En formato de pabellón se imbricaran
tres cuadrantes rectangulares del mismo ancho, en el rectángulo
central se ubica un sol con anchas crestas y rayos centrando las
aristas.
El rectángulo superior llevara el color verde, el rectángulo
central llevara el color blanco, el rectángulo inferior llevara
color azul.
El verde simbolizando la agreste naturaleza, la frescura de los
cultivos y la esperanza en el mejor vivir,
El azul connotando el agua que da vida, el cielo que incita la
imaginación e invita a la reflexión sobre vida.
El blanco que connota paz, equilibrio, igualdad, nacer y morir.
