Department of Boyacá, part of the the subregion of the Western
Boyacá Province. It became a municipality on 9 December 1959.
There is no image of flag for San Pablo de Borbur at the municipal
web site but the Coat of Arms suggest that
the flag is horizontally divided red-yellow-green..
