"Esta conformada por tres franjas: una franja horizontal de
color blanco, que significa la pureza integral de sus barones, la
hermosura de sus mujeres y las riquezas que guarda en sus
entrañas y caracterización de ser un pueblo remanso de paz; una
franja de color azul celeste, que significa la riqueza hídrica
del Municipio y su vocación cristiana, en el centro de la misma
van diez estrellas en forma de "V" de color dorado, que
significa la inicial de Viracachá y las estrellas el número de
veredas que la integran; en la parte inferior una franja de color
verde pino, que significa honor, amistad y cortesía de sus
pobladores, al igual que la gran fertilidad de sus tierras.
Medidas: dos metros de largo por uno punto cinco metros de ancho
siendo cada una de las franjas del mismo tamaño (50 cm)".

tricolor but the text describes that it is white-blue-green
