"Los colores que conforman el cuerpo de la bandera son los
mismos que se muestran en el escudo y su simbolismo es identico
al ya sustentado para esta insignia.
La forma de la bandera es regtangular (3:2) con un fondo
totalmente rojo. Tomando como base el lado del asta, se
conformo un triangulo isósceles con franjas amarilla,
verde y azul. La dirección del vértice del triángulo
hacia el frente y hacia el rojo simboliza la esperanza del pueblo
