Translated from municipal
web site:
"The standard and flag of the municipality of Cicuco shall
be made of three horizontal stripes, the upper being blue, the
middle white, and the lower black."
A colour photograph of the town hall, placed on the top of each
page of the municipal
website, shows, from left to right, the flag of the
department of Bolívar (horizontally divided yellow-green-red),
the municipal flag, and (most probably) the national flag of
Colombia.
