At <sanrafael.gov.co>,
there is a plain flag. Coat of Arms at the same page which also
reports:
"Los simbolos patrios fueron adoptados mediante acuerdo nro
023 del 05/12/2004 por el honorable Concejo del municipio de San
Rafael.
La bandera está formada por dos franjas de igual ancho; en la
parte superior de color verde que significa esperanza y la parte
inferior de color blanco que significa paz.
CUANDO DEBE IZARSE LA BANDERA DE SAN RAFAEL
Como emblema de un pueblo debe izarse el día del cumpleaños, en
el caso de San Rafael el día 5 de agosto, además en los actos
públicos y cuando lo determinen las autoridades del gobierno
municipal para engalanar salones; en actos especiales y
permanentemente, debe estar presente en los despachos de sus
gobernantes."
