I saw this flag at a museum at the Tsai Shan Miyo (Tsai Mountain Monastery)
in the city of Shunde. The museum was an interesting mix of natural science and
local revolutionary history. At any rate, there was what appeared to be an
original flag from 1926 in a display case. I could not read the Chinese label
describing the flag, but further research indicates that in that year, there was
a struggle between the Kuomintang (nationalists) and the (province of) Guangdong
Communists. The plow of the agrarian workers and red color are obvious communist
symbols, but I was wondering whether anyone has seen this flag or has any more
information about it. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to photograph the flag.
