Previously the "State Flag" was plain red while the flag of the Lamido
(Emir) is plain white.
The all red "State Flag" now seems to have been replaced with a vertical
bicolour of red at the hoist and white in the fly. H.R.H. the Lamido
(Emir) still uses a plain white flag.
