The photo online shows two different light blue shades for the sky in the outdoor scenes shown, and the cartouche in the former is differently colored in the part protuding behind the crown.

This seems to be a gonfanon version of the flag. Differences between the flag and its gonfanon version are the lettering face (serif in the gonfanon) and the presence of a blue border and bottom fringe in the gonfanon.
