The commune of Gurmels now includes the former commune of Kleingurmels. No new flag has been adopted as the new entity has taken over the flag of Gurmels.

Or bordered Azure a Spear-head of the last in Bend.

Per saltire Argent and Gules, a Trefoil slipped Vert and a Cross pattee couped Sable in Pale.

Liebistorf (until 31 December 2002)

Argent a bunch of grapes Silver slipped with two Leaves Vert and in base three bars in pale couped embowed Gules.

Azure a Beech tree proper issuant from a Base Vert.
