Is this drawn from an image of the coat or arms or banner? I wonder if in the
banner the end of division line would not be in the corner, even if it is not so
in the coat of arms.

This photo shows that the division line indeed doesn't end in the corners. In the coat of arms, on the other hand, the line ends exactly in the top right corner (source). Ed.
