Description of the flag

I believe this Saskatchewan Government Telephones flag is unique. Saskatchewan archives confirms that they have no records of its existence or evidence that it was ever in use. A name stamped on the hoist turned out to be a buyer for the organization from the thirties through 1960. I suspect it was a production sample for a project that was never pursued…perhaps derailed by WW2.
