The Army, Navy & Air Force Veterans in Canada (ANAVET) is an association of war veterans from the British Empire/Commonwealth of Nations and allied countries. The included unit colour is from the Montreal East unit. It's a reconstruction based on a number of photographs so complete accuracy is not implied.
There is also a related group in the US known as ANAVICUS, The Army, Navy & Air Force Veterans in Canada - United States. Its membership is composed of veterans from the American Legion who receive an honorary life membership to ANAVET. Based on its status, its doubtful they they too would have a colour but one never knows.
