Observed in the Summer of 1999. Features the municipality's covered bridge
and waterfalls on a green and white Canadian pale. 1849 is the date that the
Mansfield township was created (Pontefract townships was created in 1863).
1999 was its 150th anniversary. I don't know whether a different
version was used before or whether they use a different version nowadays.
