It would appear that at some point after 1998, the town of Cap-Saint-Ignace
adopted a flag which can be seen at the bottom of the page here:
http://www.capsaintignace.ca/fr/histoire-et-geographie/armoiries-et-emblemes/.
It is a blue-yellow-blue Canadian pale with a naturalistic representation of
their town's floral and avian emblem, the blue flax and the blue bird, over
the name of the town in black.
