The flag of the Town of Collingwood, Ontario, is white with town logo on it.
Logo shows a clock-tower, meadows and lake. Around is inscribed "SINCE 1858 A
PLACE TO LIVE WORK & PLAY", and "COLLINGWOOD" below. The current flag is in use
about two years. Before that the flag with identical logo, but on light-blue
background was in use. Information thanks to Christa Carter, Coordinator Clerk
Services.
About the town:
"Collingwood is a town in Simcoe County,
Ontario.It has 17.290 inhabitants." - from Wikipedia:

The logo is on every municipal webpage, and the flag shows up in an image in
the header regularly. For those to whom "regularly" isn't definitive enough, you
can find the same image on
http://www.town.collingwood.on.ca/image/tid/57, in the town hall image,
which can be viewed separately and then zoomed. It's the blue version, but that
gives the shade of blue and the relative sizes; the white, after all, is
identical in all but the field colour.
