Parrsboro is one of four towns in Cumberland County, Nova Scotia. No current
town flag exists, however, a flag has been used in the recent past. Special
thanks to Kevin Yorke for logo and info.
Flag Inquiry Response: The Town
of Parrsboro did have a town flag several years ago, around the mid-nineties, I
think it was produced for a special occasion to do with the commemoration of the
75th anniversary of the landing of the Handley Page aircraft in Parrsboro which
then went on to Greenport, NY which became our sister community. I believe our
community flags were exchanged at that time. The flag itself was white with our
Town logo in multi-colours. I am attaching a copy of the logo.
