Mount Uniacke is an unincorporated community in Hants County, Nova Scotia Canada. It lies about 40 km to the north of Halifax. As of 1999, there were about 3,500 residents in the community.
It is home of the Uniacke Estate Museum Park, the one time summer residence of Richard John Uniacke, Attorney General of Nova Scotia in the 19th Century."
The Uniacke Flag was designed by students of Uniacke District School in 1994 as a Uniacke Heritage Society project in preparation for the Lt. Governor's 1995 visit to the Uniacke Estate Museum.
This community has a flag, which is presented at uniacke.org. But, it says it is Uniacke District flag, although there is no Uniacke Municipal District in Nova Scotia. It is probably local district name.
Flag description: "It is blue saltire on white. Uniacke Flag depicting Uniacke
Estate Museum; Heritage Union Church; Uniacke Gold Mines District; the Railway
and Forestry."
