The design chosen is a white flag with a red half maple leaf against the hoist, bearing a small wheat head in black, and the name CROSSFIELD written across the flag, with a bucking bronco above the "ro".

The
flag font and the rodeo rider's size differ between the articles, but I think
the later article (from November, when the flag was to be unfurled) is more
correct than the earlier article (from May, when the flag was adopted). The
later version is the one shown above.
