The 3’x6’ flag features the name of the community and
the motto: “Rooted in Family” on a white background.

The Town of Gibbons, Alberta (population: 2,730)
is located northeast of Edmonton. The flag featured an outline of a grain
elevator and trees representing the Sturgeon River Valley. The yellow
background might represent the agricultural operations which surround
the municipality.
