"The Times" (London) had a report on Saturday of the Queen's visit to Canada and her presenting new colours to the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders of Canada. The accompanying photo showed the flag looking like other Canadian colours.
The illegible caption says "The Queen presents new colours to the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders of Canada". The writing under the crown says " ... erland Highlanders of Ca ..." (all upper case, with dots between each word).
