In the Codex of Legislation of Republic of Belarus (N 1, 19.02.2004, Section First, Decrees and orders of the President of Republic of Belarus) is published (1/5305 on 12.02.2004) the Decree of the President of Republic of Belarus on February, 9, number 60, about the establishment of official heraldic symbols of administratively territorial units of Region of Vitebsk.
This decree has established coats of arms and flags of Vitebsk-city, and of settlements of Vidzy and Druya in District of Braslav and Kopys in District of Orsha; of coats of arms of Disna-city in District of Mior, settlements of Vetrino in District of Polotsk, Podsvilie in District of Gluboksky and of Ulla in District of Beshenkovichy.
Here is the flag of the settlement of Vidzy in District of Braslav in Region of Vitebsk.
