Here is flag of Ashmyany and Ashmyany district. [Ed. note: video shows a commonly made variant, but incorrect according to law.]

In a July 2006 decree "Presidential Decree No. 455 of 17
July, 2006", states that the scales must be in a red section and the
shield in a blue area, The flag itself is counterchanged compared to
the arms. The decree can be read here.

The rayon has 10 Village Councils: Borunskiy, Gol'shanskiy, Gravzhishkovskiy, Grodinskiy, Zhupranskiy, Kamennologskiy, Kol'chunskiy, Kreyvantsevskiy, Murovanooshmyankovskiy, and Novoselkovskiy village council. Only Gol'shanskiy (Rural Townsite of Gol'shany) has coat of arms and flag, bothe adopted on 17.07.2006.
