The rayon has two Settlement Councils - Urban Settlement of Parichi and Settlement of Sosnovyy Bor, and 6 Village Councils: Borovikovskiy, Davydovskiy, Krasnovskiy, Nikolaevskiy, Ostashkovichskiy, and Chirkovichskiy village council. The coat of arms and flag of Parichi were adopted on 06.06.2001, and the coat of arms of Sosnovyy Bor were adopted on 26.09.2001. Village councils have no official symbols, as far as I know.
