The rayon has 1 Settlement Council (Urban Settlement of Kopatkevichi) and 15 Village Councils: Babunichskiy, Golubitskiy, Grabovskiy, Kolkovskiy, Komarovichskiy, Konkovichskiy, Koptsevichskiy, Luchitskiy, Lyaskovichskiy, Mulyarovskiy, Myshanskiy, Novoselkovskiy, Petrikovskiy, Ptichskiy, and Chelyushevichskiy village council. Only Kopatkevichi has coat of arms and flag, adopted on 22.06.2001 [by-go-pet)kpk & by-go-pet-kpk].
