The flag of the Belarus customs is green bearing gold
crossed caduceus and key in center (Gaceta de Banderas 84,
information from Jiri Tenora). Adopted by decree dated 2 March
2001. Proportion 2:3; emblem size is half the width.

[bku94] shows a customs flag that was adopted in 1993 where the 1991-1995 national flag that was charged with the customs emblem at the bottom fly. The book stated the emblem is 1/6th away from the fly end and *possibly* 1/8th from the bottom of the flag (and it is possible the 1/8th was taken from the central red stripe).
